Inspired by the loss of their five-year-old son Matty, Richard and Debra Siravo started the Matthew Siravo Memorial Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping others with epilepsy. At the group’s annual Snow Angel Ball, a dinner dance with a silent and live auction at Warwick’s Crowne Plaza, more than 400 friends helped raise $60,000 in Matty’s honor. The Siravos are donating the profits to C.U.R.E (Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy), a Chicago-based organization.
